The South African Bushbaby, Galago moholi, is a very small and very cute primate, one of two galago or bushbaby species found in this country. It inhabits savannah country, where trees are widely spaced, using its long legs to make leaps of up to 6 m/20 ft to get from one tree to another. It eats the sweet gum of thorn and other trees, and will also catch insects and occasionally eat fruit. Watercolour.
Hi, thanks for the comment! Heh heh I don't know how much of an effect it has, but since my cat often sits with me on my desk while I paint she ends up contributing many of her hairs to my paint palette ... maybe it helps with fluffy creatures like this.
